We have had an excellent stay in Hotel Spa Casa Real. Very clean and much attention paid to the design, staff are very helpfull and friendly, excellent food with good service and quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable, nice-sized room with surfaces to put stuff on. Wifi and shower were good. Perfect location just yards from the bus terminal, but quiet as well. Staff were friendly, and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

Irma makes you feel like you're right at home. She recommended a great restaurant nearby with vegetarian food, prepared a delicious breakfast and even made sure we had snacks for our trip up to Chimborazo. Highly recommend her husband Diego's trips/excursions outside Riobamba.
