I had a wonderful stay at Chateau Callac. The staff is just amazing - any property would be happy to have such friendly and attentive staff. You cannot ask for more hospitality.

Brand new property. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and the host was very friendly. The view on the vineyards is really nice. Quiet location. Inviting terrasse.

The room was very nice, with a fine courtyard view, and quiet. Service was superb. Staff responded to our plumbing problem (see below) as soon as we could report it. And they comped our breakfast.

The location was amazing - in the middle of vineyards. The hotel is a step back in time but a good one.

Location was easy to find and not too noisey, room was basic but acceptable for the cost. Restaurant offered a small but varied menu at a good price. Basic French breakfast.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet location yet close to the Motorway, very friendly and helpful staff, close to amenities.

The hotel is clean, simple, and a good value. The bike locker is huge - which is good as we had multiple bikes.

It's close to the beach and fantastic restaurants. The family was lovely and we're very understanding when we had to get coffee elsewhere for our US palate. I hope the fires weren't too close, we were thinking of you all after we left!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, it's a charming hotel and it's located in a less touristy part of Arcachon which I loved. It's located near the port neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby.
