The host was an old couple. They were really sweet and friendly with us. Also the rooms are really neat and clean. I didn't expect this much for such a cheap price. All in all it was worth staying here for 3 days!

Nice calm place. The room was spacious, clean with all basic necessities plus a balcony with fantastic view over Tbilisi. We came just for one night but ended up staying three.

Location is really close to subway and most major busses. It was clean. The owners are two old locals that live next to the property and they are really sweet.

Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, lots of bathroom supplies; big balcony, aircondition worked well; very quiet area at night, helpful staff, close to bazar/market and railway station hence lots of options for shopping. Was perfect for us!
