It is in a residential area within 10 minutes' walk to the S-bahn station as well as grocery stores and many restaurants. Car can be parked on the street, but no much space in the private yard to park.

Breakfast was really nice. Meeting rooms worked well, very functional, snacks and coffee were exceptional. The property is beautiful and the walk around the lake is nice.
