The room confy and clean. Unfortunately, a water demage was during the accommodation. This aspect impacts the breakfast service, the cleaning of entrance. Even so, the staff was professional, open to help, very supportive. Thanks to all,

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were allowed to check in early. Welcome drink! Spa was great, and the views from the rooftop were amazing.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were all very cordial. The food was excellent -- we had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel both nights that we stayed, and enjoyed everything we had.

Such a great view on Lindau, the lake, and the sunset. And I really enjoyed the start into the day with a fantastic breakfast.

The location at the old harbour, near the train station, the staff was kind and helpful, the winter terrace.

The hotel seemed recently remodeled. Everything in the hotel was updated and was really well done. The shower was amazing. Customer service was very good, especially the waiter/wait staff, very professional! The food and wine was particularly good...

I had an excellent three day stay here alone before the rest of my traveling group arrived. The owners made we feel very comfortable; felt like my family. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning with many choices including eggs cooked anyway you...

Amazing property, welcoming staff and stellar restaurant (the sommelier won't steer you wrong!). So lovely to wander through the gardens. I just wish we had been staying more than one night!

The lady at the reception was very welcoming and took her time to explain to us how we could take the bus to Lindau center and Insel, which is only 15 minutes from the hotel (bus tickets are free because you pay city taxes to the hotel). The rooms were rather small, but everything was clean and comfortable, so we enjoyed our night here!

The room was very large with kitchen table for 2, and a separate restroom, the wifi was good and I like having orange water in the lobby to refill my bottle. The bed was comfortable and shower good with a strong jet.

Everything was excellent! I understand the hotel is historic and presents some restraints. I was expecting the room to be a tad larger but the view from the balcony made up for this.
