Location of Schloss Weitenburg is super/GREAT in the center of Germany (near Stuttgart). The Hotel is a building 400 years old and already for 9 generations in the family (I believe this is unique).

The property is very well maintained. Our room was huge and very modern. Even with the heat wave, our room stayed cool. The area is very quiet and you have a nice view of the woods.

The welcome could not have been more freindly and accommodating. The Hotel is in the center of town very close t the Atomic Museum. Garaged motorcycle parking provided. Highly recommended.

I booked my trip late and the hotels in Stuttgart proper were all booked. This was a great alternative. Easy to get to by car, parking on site, and a comfortable room. The excellent restaurant on site was a very nice bonus!
