The kind recepcionist gave me a possibility for an earlier check in. Room was great, clean, with all amenities needed, even a nespresso machine. Hotel is in the city centre, close to the cental station and to the Hafen City. Walking distance from everything. I will be staying there again when in Hamburg.

The people were amazing. The last day they even prepared beakfast for me to take because I was going to leave earlier. They even wrote a very friendly note. Huge respect to them - in case I come back to Hamburg I will try to stay again there.

The place is gorgeous inside and out. It backs to the Elbe River. The village it is in is beautiful. The bus comes there but we had a car. Parking is free. Breakfast is awesome.
