The first day was a wonderful breakfast, the second day a lot of missings very poor. My room had a privileged location directly on the sea.

The staff was great! Very welcoming and nice. The place looks great, and good value for the price. The room was clean. Great location with restaurants near by (5 mins talk). We would recommend this place 🙂

Excellent breakfast, loved the garden view. The staff were friendly ad helpful. The free parking was across the road and easily accessed. The hotel is very close to Kifisia shopping area, many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

Lina was excelent. Check in and out was seamless. Very clean.

The setting was beautiful, and the owners were incredibly nice. They have a private beach spot with a few chairs and umbrellas that were lovely anytime of the day.

It is right in the heart of Athens near metro( Viktoriya nearest metro 5 min walking) and buses right at parallel road at 28th Octovriou avenue ( so called Patission). National museum one bus stop and Acropolis by connecting to metro stop....
