The staff was amazing. Due to the winter, there was no reception but the staff was super responsive and helpful by text. They made recommendations and helped with planning events. The area was pretty dead in the winter, but we still had a great time.

Hotel is cute and has its charming appeal, but a bit outdated. A lot of things need to be replaced, furniture in the room, around the pool and around the facility. It's clean and the front desk is wonderful. Cleaning staff is doing the best job.
