Lovely setting in the countryside 10 mins outside Mullingar and close to lots of places to visit. Host contacted us before we arrived to explain how to get there and gain access to the property. They also recommended places to visit and to eat....

Breakfast was fine. Other food was convenient but otherwise not noteworthy. Location on major highway was convenient for driving but left nowhere to walk to.

The location was great. The golf course was awesome, and the kind older gentleman who greeted us was incredibly memorable. Lovely man and a genuine soul. Food was excellent as well. See the Loghcrew Cairn if you are an adventurous soul.

Fergus and Philomena were beyond fabulous-they shared the knowledge of the area and added in attractions that were little known-a very peaceful and restful place to stay-I am sorry we stayed only one night-
