Location doesn't get better than this, literally a 5 minute walk to the colosseum. Kitchen wasn't the biggest one we've been to, but it was adequate. Free drink at the bar.

The room was exactly as in the foto. Big, clean and close to the train station. It had all the facilities needed. Staff was very kind, especially the host.

Fantastic location and in beautiful surroundings in the heart of Rome. Livio was a brilliant host who went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely come back to stay here - highly recommended! A great place to stay - perfect!
