We were here with 4 adults and 3 young children 2-6. Amazing garden, lots of facilities for children. Very helpful owner. Photos don't do justice to the property.

Lovely quiet complex up on a hill in a residential neighborhood north of Rome. Perfect for a night after coming off the Barcelona ferry. Friendly staff and neat, tidy accomodation.

Everything. It’s a beautifully designed space and was comfortable. It was VERY clean! I appreciated the empty water carafe and the shower was really nice. I also received assistance with a few things, which I appreciated. Check-in and checkout...

It was the perfect stay for my quick visit to Santa Marinella! In this cute little square with a grocery store and multiple restaurants/coffee shops. Close to the water and fun area to just wander around! Like a 5 minute walk to the train station!

It is beautiful property with an incredible view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Caesar and the rest of the crew are so very helpful and eager to make our stay a fabulous experience.

We often need a place to stay on the north side of Rome. Great location (proximity to the Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). Nice rooms… just all around great!

Loved the rooftop bar, so relaxing after a long day. Had some great laughs with the group and the scenery was pretty.

The garden rooms are huge and come fully stocked. The upstairs rooms in the main building are quaint and decorated old fashioned which I thought was very nice. The toiletries are fancy :) Breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly.

There is commute area which provides free coffee and facility of microwave, kettle etc. very good to have a chat with friends ~ the location is fantastic ! close to Vatican~ few stations from central but less crowd and in walkable distance!...

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! They were also incredibly knowledgeable about the area. We were given a map and shown where to catch trains and busses. We were also shown where to find good eats. The manager could be reached anytime and was...

We liked the hospitality of host Max. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and resolved our issues like late check in and check out.

Excellent location, just across from Vatican Museums, lots of places to eat and near the metro. Staff is very helpful, we’ll be back and recommend to our friends

The location was great. It had shopping, restaurants and it was located right outside of the Vatican. We met the housekeeper who was so sweet and nice, she was also very helpful.

Location is great! Very close to Metro and Vatican. Plenty of restaurants and next to a Carrefour Express grocery store. Very clean and surprisingly quiet considering the busy streets outside. We really appreciated the shared kitchen and coffee bar.
