The view from the balcony outweighs the a bit old furniture. The view was amazing!!!! The location is also perfetto!!! this place is a good deal!!! Also with free parking. Breakfast can be improved with a bit more choices, but ok for 1-2 night...

Excellent location of the hotel. There is a bus stop 100 m away and a bus runs every 20 minutes and takes you to the Castle Scaligero in Sirmione, where you can also take a boat ride around the the city or you can visit a town or perhaps go to the thermal baths, of which the locals say the Terme di Sirmione is the best but you must make a booking a day before. https://www.termedisirmione.com/en . I definitely recommend visiting Sirmione, but not in the main summer season due to mass tourism.

Fantastic breakfast, close to beautiful promenade, center. The large garden with the ship we visited was amazing. Wish we had had another day for the botanical garden.

Everything was great at Villa Sofia. The rooms, the staff, the breakfast, the view, the pool and the lovely lady in the reception. And the location. The hotel also had a privat car park.

The property has a wonderful location, high up on the hills, breathtaking view to the lake, and surrounded by a lot of greenery. The pool area was separated from the houses with enough sunbeds and a pool-bar.

We really loved the atmosphere and the style of the hotel. Also the breakfast area was beautiful and we enjoyed the pools a lot.

A great homey B&B. Valentina was a gracious host. The room had two beds a queen and twin cot. Full kitchen and hot water for showers. Super clean and comfy. The views of the lake from the windows were amazing.
