Excellent staff. Provided upgraded room with separate bedroom and living area. Very clean. Excellent breakfast and facilities terme pool, SPA , service. That is not our first time staying in this property and they never disappoint getting better...

The view from the balcony outweighs the a bit old furniture. The view was amazing!!!! The location is also perfetto!!! this place is a good deal!!! Also with free parking. Breakfast can be improved with a bit more choices, but ok for 1-2 night...

Excellent location of the hotel. There is a bus stop 100 m away and a bus runs every 20 minutes and takes you to the Castle Scaligero in Sirmione, where you can also take a boat ride around the the city or you can visit a town or perhaps go to the thermal baths, of which the locals say the Terme di Sirmione is the best but you must make a booking a day before. https://www.termedisirmione.com/en . I definitely recommend visiting Sirmione, but not in the main summer season due to mass tourism.
