Very newly,nicely and comfortably equiped spacious room with huge terace.Everything was clean and eventhough the owner did not speak englis we discussed everything we needed.Safe parking for motorbikes in the back yard.We really recommend this...

Perfect location to visit Cagliari. Just outside the city center but easily reachable by foot in less than 15 mins. Room and toilette were clean, bed was comfortable. I would reccomend it
