Great room, really clean, owners really available and kind, located at 7 minutes by car to the Marine area and really close to super market and gas station. Car park always available for free close to the apartment

Perfect location to visit Cagliari. Just outside the city center but easily reachable by foot in less than 15 mins. Room and toilette were clean, bed was comfortable. I would reccomend it

The room is much larger than expected. We got a 2 bedroom suite which was described as 40m2. If fact it was 2-3 times larger.

Great breakfast, awesome staff, good facilities. Very convenient car distance to Palau and boat trips to the Maddalena Island. Nice beach in the hotel area, where you can choose to stay in the deck or in the sand. Clear and calm water to swim...

Very calm resort and villa. Staff was very friendly and communicative, we also got informed quickly via WhatsApp. Of course a great view from there.

The beach area/location. View from the apartments. Plentiful parking. Apartment is a must! The wait staff at breakfast and the coffe bar were very friendly.

Other then the plugs it met all our needs. Was like being a local. 2 seperate rooms, washing maschine and kitchen. No wifi sadly.
