The location is perfect - I have spent time in Perugia before and was very happy to find something so central for this price. The mini metro makes it very easy to reach from the train station and the apartment had everything I needed.

Located between Assisi and Santa Marie gives options to walk to either within 20 to 30 minutes. The room was comfortable and very clean. A kettle would have been appreciated since there are no breakfast options or use of a kitchen.
