Historical gem, well restored, cozy, peaceful. We were there in winter, so did not use gardens or pool, but looks very inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and we were provided with robes and slippers.

It was grand and the staff were friendly. The location was super good , not in the hustle and bustle of mid town but bot too far as well.

Located between Assisi and Santa Marie gives options to walk to either within 20 to 30 minutes. The room was comfortable and very clean. A kettle would have been appreciated since there are no breakfast options or use of a kitchen.

The location is fine and has a nice view of the Basilica.

We arrived at 9:30pm and everyone was very hospitable getting us settled in to our room. The dinning room stayed late to provide us with dinner which was excellent. Our room had a lovely view.
