I stayed here because heavy rain shut down the train line. I was pleased at how close it is to the train station. The front desk receptionist was very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a large variety.

The buffet was great with the only downside is everyday are the same. Good service and helpful staff. Nice indoor playground so kids can play while parents eating. Room Tatami was nice with plenty of size so we can enjoy some nice family time...

Very nice hotel on a cliff with Lake Toya view on one side, and Mt Yotei on the other side. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I loved the bright green color of the room, and the retro bathroom.
