The location was very good, close to Odori park and to Sapporo station on one side and to the main shopping and entertainment district of Sapporo. You can access the underground mall from the hotel. Very nice and modern facilities.

Location is close to the station. Huge lobby and friendly and warm welcoming atmosphere and staff. Also a nice parking spot just in case u need to drop off things and travel by car.

It is in the center of Sapporo, very easy to go around. Lots of places to eat and shop. Most are walking distance but of you are lazy to walk, taxi is not very expensive.

The hotel is clean. Their Spa is nice and comfy! They have coffee machines , laundry and leisure area too! You can choose your favourite pillow everyday in the lobby! Their breakfast is also delicious! I love this hotel 😊💞
