No breakfast available during our stay but an amazing host who made the effort to chat with us and was the nicest host I've met in many years. We loved chatting with her. Their house is pretty amazing and packed with so much cool stuff to look at.

The place was exceptional. Quality of the rooms and conditions were great. The facilities available within the unit (TV, washer, dryer, bathroom) were of great condition. Parking was readily available and the check in process was easy.

民宿位置雖然電車要搭3站，但距離函館山、金森倉庫群、教堂群很近。 整體民宿佈置看得出主人的巧思，顯得很溫馨，雙床房間的空間不會狹窄，房內有洗手台。另外除了公共使用的浴室，還有二間小泡湯池可供個人、家族使用，算是很貼心。

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy especially during a February winter. Around a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram which wasn't too bad, but also pretty much right next to a grocery which was very convenient!

Very nice hotel with amazing breakfast and onsen. Perfect location for walking around historic area of Hakodate. Only a 5 block walk to the JR station. Staff were very friendly.
