Fabulous breakfast, a few minutes from the station, no smoking hotel. Quiet, except for loud buzzing noise when the room above us on the 5th. floor ran water in their room. This was our second visit, we will be back.

Located in a very nice quiet hood. Restaurants, conbini, car rental can be found nearby. Walking distance to tram station, plus if you travel from Sakuramachi, the bus stops just in front of the hotel. Clean comfortable room and neat service.

it's a place more convenient for self-drive although they do have a fixed shuttle timing every day to fetch check-in customers. it was kid friendly and we could even find baby yukata for our 2yo toddler complete with shoes that fit her feet too....
