It was convenient to stay there since it was a few minutes from the train station. Breakfast was great. The view was pretty.

It was absolutely beautiful! We especially loved the gardens. Being surrounded by beautiful trees was very restful. We really enjoyed the private bath in our room and took full advantage. The staff was very attentive, friendly and kind.

Perfect location for getting to bamboo forest, monkey park, bridge, kimono forest and temple. So helpful with check in. Had laundry and fridge I used.

We loved how friendly and welcoming the staff was immediately upon entry! When we got to our room, we were amazed at how spacious and well taken care of it was. The bathing room was incredible and the location was very convenient!

Great location about 5 min walk to the train stations. I also had a nice view of the bridge. The Bamboo Forrest is about a 20 min walk, or you can take the bus.

Located right next to the Togetsukyo Bridge, MUNI KYOTO is in such an idyllic place. It's in walking distance to the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, ‎Tenryuji Temple, and all of the lovely shops in Arashiyama. The breakfast here may have been the best...

It's in a very convenient location and we had no problem communicating with the property host

I loved the breakfast and the late night ramen! I enjoyed the yukata, the private balcony and the private onsen. I practiced my Japanese with the friendly staff at the restaurant. I enjoyed the warm toilet seat.

Comfortable clean room, very friendly staff, and all amenities listed provided, including free coffee! Out of town so very peaceful at place and surrounding areas.

The facilities were great, loved the onsen. Even though it was hostel, totally didn’t feel like one. The interior design is lovely. The lounge area is very nice and I loved the separate tables with sockets which were ideal for getting some work...
