I have booked the room very last minute because of the Earthquake and all shinkanswn were suspended hence I was not sure if I'll be able to get back to Tokyo or not. At the end the shinkanswn was resumed and I ran for the station to leave Nagano....

It was clean and many amenities were provided and I like how everyone was very considerate and didn’t make much noise. And the place is even close to bus stand and zenkoji temple.

This was my second time staying here. It's such a nice hotel and attached to Nagano station so it was very convenient for our 1 night stay. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious as well.

Wonderful experience! The staff members were all so kind and made sure I had a wonderful stay. The facilities are also great, and the rooms were so comfortable. Next time I find myself in Nagano I'll definitely be staying here again!
