Immaculately clean and excellent, friendly service. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate our needs, even arranging for ski instructors for our kids when there usually aren’t ski lessons during the week. The food was so delicious! The buffet breakfast and special nightly dinners were such treats. We felt like royalties! The Onsens were clean and calming.
