The service. The staff are excellent. Always smiling, and if asked provide a prompt service. The rooms are big, comfortable and bathtub was very comfortable.

It was super easy to get around because the Hibiya subway station was barely a block away. It was clean and efficiently used the space. Also, breakfast was fantastic!
