The property has the cool vibe with a cafe frequented by many people. The location is near to the station. And for my room, the private room is very good, has decent size (not too small) compared to hotels with similar price + balcony! :)

The location is excellent with everything we wanted nearby. It's a large and comfortable apartment. Contact with the host was quick and helped us on a day when we were very tired from our delayed flight. Would definitely stay there again.

Great position, not far from 3 metro stations. Good price for Tokyo Waseda area. Clean place with all you can need inside, from wash machine to iron. Excellent bed, good for up to 4 people.

Staff was very helpful, held luggage before check in and after checkout when we wanted to make the most of our time. Available amenities are very nice and this was perhaps one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in in this style of hotel while in Tokyo.
