Hotel staffs is well prepared to welcome us. As we booked the Traditional Japanese's room with tatami, they helped us to prepare the beds to be ready for our rest, and explained the facilities in the hotel. Staffs is very polite and friendly. It was very great that they also provide free shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station. The public shower area are able to see Fuji Mount, it was a great enjoy for us. Thank you for having us!

It had a clean and uncrowded onsen. The breakfast wasn't fancy but was acceptable. The rooms for our short stay were comfortable and cozy. We were three people in one room, and we had no issues with space. Additionally, they offered a happy hour.

Beautiful views of Mt Fuji, exceptional food and very friendly staff.

The room setting of dog villa is good. The resort is very convenient with coin laundry nearby and some restaurants provided good food.

The room is clean and comfy. The location is some walking distance from the Kawaguchiko Station if you are travelling with big luggage.

Ok, this was the best hotel I've stayed in. Ever. Everything was top notch, room, staff, food. Just incredible very clean and beautiful rooms with a private bath, perfect for relaxation, I didn't want to leave! All amenities and PJs are included....

I was given a large Japanese style room with a spectacular view of Fuji-San. This family run hotel is also very close to Lake Kawaguchiko, which is very pleasant to stroll around. Most memorably, a huge thanks to the owner of the hotel, Masa, who was incredibly warm and kind, offering me lifts to and from Kawaguchiko Station when needed. His excellent hospitality made this stay very special.

Everything was perfect! Mai is the BEST host ever! I strongly recommend you to stay with Mai. She’s so kind and sweet.

We only stayed for one night but it was an excellent experience and we enjoyed our stay a lot. It was also a real pleasure to try out the onsen which is used as a privat onsen so you can enjoy it in peace. Location is very nice close to Mt. Fuji...

Room was clean, comfy, great location and bikes to hire but could do with being up-graded.

Best view and really homie . There are 3 rooms and the separate bathroom . Every corners are very clean . Link house near from fujisan station. In the morning i can enjoy your breakfast with best view i ever saw .

The hostel is located at the popular photo spot of Shimoyoshida honcho street.

Everything about our stay here was exceptional! From the picturesque location, to the atmosphere of the place, to the delicious breakfast. This will be one of my most memorable stays in Japan and I hope to be back one day!
