Location was great just few minutes from Almaty metro. Hostel is clean and cozy and the staff is great especially Alima ( reception lady ). Because of her I felt myself at home while I was in Almaty.

It was my first time in Almaty and in a SweetHomeHostel. There was a clean six-bed room, fresh linen. There is always delicious tea in the kitchen. Friendly staff, thank you for your help.

I liked how big the VIP room is. It can actually accommodate 3-4 people if only they can arrange bunk beds or additional single beds. The hostel itself is very clean and organized. Also very quiet which is good for those who are working remotely....
