we had a very good stay & felt very welcome & safe for our first time in kosovo. the receptionists and manager were always taking care of us and making sure we didnt need anything at all! the rooms were very clean & the beds very comfortable! we had everything we needed around us; cafes, restaurants, grocery etc. all reachable in few minutes by walk. whenever we needed a taxi the hotel would take care of it right away.
