Beautiful property by a pond full of lotus flowers, butterflies, and dragonflies. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a massage at the spa.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly in particular Mr Oun. Our room balcony overlooked the pool. We enjoyed tasty breakfasts during our stay. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within 10 mins walk from the hotel.

This is a reconditioned 1960s house. It has an enormous amount of character, especially with the three bedrooms upstairs. If you like wooden floorboards, timber shatters, and a friendly family vibe, this place is for you!

I liked that it was within walking distance to the river, night market, and restaurants. They helped arrange tours around the area too. They took really good care of us.

There are lockers in the dorm room PLUS a smaller locker inside your bed. Nice curtain privacy. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Cold AC. Good security. Nice front porch to hang out. Included breakfast is good.

Location hard to beat, between morning and night markets. The manager was fabulous, so lovely and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Even though so close to markets was down quiet laneway so very quiet at night.

Great location on a quiet street, a short walk from one the main roads through town. Many restaurants close by , as is the night market. (We shopped at D & T supermarket). Our room was large and cleaned everyday. Breakfast menu had 7 or 8 dishes....

The location couldn't have been better. You are a short walk to the morning and night markets, mt. phousi, and main temples. Breakfast is included and across the street along the Mekong, a great way to start each morning.
