Everything, but mostly the constant willingness of the staff to help. I arrived on an early flight and my room wasn't ready yet, so they upgraded my room for the same price just to let me check in early and rest. Much appreciated!

Staff were very kind and helpful. Location is great, right in the middle of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in Hamra. The room was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Hotel has character.

The biggest advantages of the Marble hotel were the location - in the center of the tourist district of Hamra, close to eating places, and the staff who did their best to make up for the inconvenience. One of the gentlemen in particular, Adlib, if I remember correctly, was incredibly kind and caring, and it was also possible to have very interesting discussions with him.
