The owners are friendly but “hands off;”doing nothing to fix the issues I raised. But there is a laundry & amiable support from a daily helper, Maferete. Despite the dirt roads, I enjoyed the location; which was not too far from the main (A1) road into Maseru the capital city.

Everything and everyone! The staff were amazing! Professional and very attentive. They always went out of their way to assist my colleague and I. The whole establishment was spotlessly clean and well kept. Good selection of food in the on-site restaurant. Safe and secure parking next to the rooms; well lit at nighttime with CCTV cameras and all night security guard. I highly recommend The Clan for an enjoyable stay in Maseru!
