We were a group of 21. The staff was exceptional. The location was amazing, right on the street that leads to the central plaza. The location was clean. The hotel let us use the common areas to eat as a family.

Everything was amazing, the entire staff, the massage ladies, the food and the attention. Rooms were very clean and excellent air conditioning.

Everything was excellent. The staff at breakfast were especially kind and hard working. They handled situations with unruly guests like true professionals.

Price and location. Excellent air conditioner and good hot water big bed. Very clean linens.

Fantastic location, a lot of places within walking distance, two parking lots on the street (one of them is for the hotel guests).

This boutique hotel looks even better in real life! The owners Gino & Danielle are incredibly hospitable, helpful and extremely hardworking. You can tell they have trained the staff to hold up the same traits. There is someone there 24hrs a day...

Great staff, attractive place, short walk to centro

Only five blocks from Plaza Grande and three blocks from the huge market. The staff was very friendly, especially Cynthia on the front desk.

I enjoyed the patio gardens, pool, hammocks, breakfast, and social activities and hours of quiet time.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Cesar the night clerk ! Location is excellent easy walking distance to all of Centro. Extra bonus is bus station for Progreso and the beaches was a half block away

Great location! You can walk around easily, and leave your car in their parking, it's very convenient. The swimming pool is a must, given the hot weather in Merida. The rooms were clean and quiet. The A/C was also much appreciated.

The breakfast was better that what you normally get at a hotel were there is no restaurant. There were a variety of food items from which to select. I liked the hours for which the breakfast was available. The staff frequently replenished items...

The hotel is right in the historic centre. Very convenient to tour the local sites. The hotel has beautiful architecture and many antiques to see. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, the staff members were courteous, and the location was exceptional. Close to parks, shopping, restaurants, and the Paseo de Montejo strip. The pool was lovely and the entire facility was clean and well-kept.

The location was great! We were able to walk everywhere which was nice. Uber was also available for places a little further away. Many fantastic restaurants near by. Check out Bacchas wine bar next door. Great Italian food and good selection...

The pictures of the courtyard are accurate! It’s a beautifully maintained building. It’s a treat to be able to walk through the main entrance and through the courtyard all the time. The pool is small but I never saw more than 1 group at a time....
