It is right by a bus stop that goes to the ferry terminal so very easy to reach. Facilities are good and staff are friendly. They were also kind enough to arrange a bottle of prosecco from my parents in my room for my birthday, which was a nice...

The place is quite an peaceful. I think this used to be a military camp during WW2 or something so partially the interior replicates that theme which is interesting. The water facilities were great.

Breakfast excellent although somewhat late in the morning for my personal taste. The rooms are right next to bike parking and there’s some noise in the early to mid-evening although later, like 10pm, the place was pretty quiet.
