Had all the comforts. We were well looked after. Great info from Lauren. All our needs were catered for. Unfortunately didn't get our heli hike due to bag weather. So have to come back to Franz Josef and would definitely stay at Glenfern Villas again

Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice room with a view of the mountains and a central location in the small village that allowed us to walk to all the attractions. Parking adjacent to room and laundry facilities free of charge.

Comfortable room. This is a hostel so furnishings are spare. Many visitors used the large communal kitchen for meal prep. We made our breakfast in the kitchen but dined in town for dinners.

Another sliding door unit. Never had these before, they're kind of growing on me. The unit was really spacious and the bathroom was huge. Everything seemed in excellent shape or newly remodeled. Bed comfy. Check in in the restaurant / bar.
