The staff were incredibly assistive, responsive and friendly. It was centrally located for our purposes with comfortable rooms. The atmosphere was relaxed and warm making travel less stressful.

It's really a nice place to enjoy Coimbra. It's at the heart of the city. The room was very historical and felt the sprit of old times.

The hotel have a great location, it is near the principal street with restaurants, bars, gift stores and night life. The only problem was the construction field at the door, but this is not the hotel's fault.
