Staff were kind and friendly, nice indoor pool and lovely steam bath! Just around the corner are all the historical sites, cafes and shops! The adjacent hotel restaurant is stellar!

All staff were super friendly and helpful. My flight landed early morning and they checked me in early at noon. They had daily cleaning and room was very clean. breakfast buffet also was very good.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. the bathroom was modern and the room was dry, which doesn't always seem easy in January. We only met the reception staff on the last day, but the cleaning services lady who also makes breakfast was a treasure...

We could walk from the airport (30 minutes). Had use of the kitchen Nice bathroom and hot water. Kind hostess

The staff was friendly and caring and really did an excellent job. The breakfast was lovely, the common space and garden were nice and inviting. They had a lot of travel information ready for our use to make our Azores adventure even better!

The staff went out of their way for my stay, specifically helping me schedule all of my Taxis. The beds were very comfortable and had privacy curtains, which I love. The whole place felt very secure - when you check in, you get a card that unlocks...

Stayed in the first floor and it got pretty hot, roommates and I didnt feel safe keeping the window open or comfy with the room door open.. if there's a fan available for guests on the 1st floor to use, that'd be marvelous!

The hotel was clean and modern and efficiency-oriented. It was well-located for walking around town, catching the bus, etc. There was a well-appointed kitchen available. My room had a garden view.

We just needed rest between two flights and that was perfect place. Great location in the city center, quiet and clean, comfortable beds and easy check in and check out. super good value for money.

Fantastic place to stay. We had the top floor apartment. It was clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed to prepare food and slack before heading out for the day. Towels were available to rent and take away to swimming spots around...
