Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food, cooked by professional chefs hired from China, is excellent. It’s only 10 minutes away, by motorcycle for 1,000 francs, from The Genocide Memorial. The on site spa is also very good.

The hotel is small and very nice. The rooms are open and airy and there are common areas to sit spread around the hotel. The furnishings are new and tasteful. The staff were all helpful. The front desk people were available to answer...

Hotel had shuttle to and from airport which was very nice. Although i thought i wa gonna be closer to downtown Kigali, the area was lively and i was able to walk to the Kimirongo market.
