Luis was such a great host. We appreciated his excellent recommendations and enjoyed talking with him. the room was clean and easy to set up in.

We enjoyed our stay. We were impressed by how clean the bathroom was. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the design of the place, and the room was charming. We wish we had stayed longer. We missed the breakfast, which we imagine is nice.

We could choose between 2 beautiful rooms downstairs, both they were large, bright and clean (we stayed in one...) I dont know how the rooms are upstairs. Lots of free parking

Conveniently located off the highway. The staff that night was the nicest person I’ve ever met. There’s a small pasture behind the property and the cowbells sounded like wind chimes during the night. Great view of the mountains.

The hotel is beautiful located at the harbour on walking distance of the village. The seas can be brutal lovely to see from the klifs.

What a beautiful place Llanes is, Las Roca's was in a perfect position within the area, overlooking the Estuary, the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful

This country side hotel is situated in a lovely and peaceful neighborhud, which is nice to walk around. The hotel is very pleasant, well maintained and decorated. Somewhat limited fresh and tasty breakfast. Lovely hosts.

Location, spacious room & friendly staff. Easy to walk into the main square, maybe 5minutes. Lots of guides & information for local attractions/hikes. Our apartment also had a outdoor patio which was great

The staff was amazing. They helped me pick a lovely hike, refilled my water bottles, helped me find good food, told me about public transportation options and more.

Las Arenas is a great town to base yourselft for walking and hiking nearby trails. Host Gelli was friendly and patiently used her phone and Google translate to explain the accomodation and also hold conversations about where we were from etc. ...

For 5 Euros per person, the breakfast is a bargain. The location of the hotel and it's entire ambience is far beyond what I imagined. Extremely helpful staff that spoke good English to help with my spotty Spanish was another plus. The village of...
