The room was modern and clean. The hotel itself was right by the train but also central. Close to casco viejo without being in it and walking distance to everything else including the Guggenheim.

Staff is very helpful. Good location - just nearby old town. Tram and bus stops near by. Cafes and bars and grocery stores nearby - no point to take hotel's relatively expensive breakfast. Considering high price levels of Bilbao's hotels Sirimiri seems to have ok price/quality ratio.
