Great location and wonderful front desk staff. Taxis can not drive into the Old Town, but the taxi stand is just across the street from the hotel so it is very convenient.

We liked everything, it was the best hotel we had during our stay in Spain. Great room, very spacious, great AC. Very modern building and everything is still new. Fully recommend. If we ever come back to Bilbao we will choose the same place.

Classy hotel with friendly staff. Our room was big and comfortable, totally suitable for a family - it was actually more of a small suite with three separate rooms and two TVs. Great location at walking distance from most of the city's landmarks.
