Hydrotherapy was outstanding! Excellent service and personal attention to all guests - at least what I observed. Staff bent over backwards to deliver a tremendous experience! Very disappointed my husband and I were unable to stay in old building.

Bill was amazing for check in and a great barista. He was very helpful and I really appreciated his attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and the curtains were really allowed for a whole new level of privacy in a hostel.
