Very friendly staff, very well-designed room with everything you need within reach. Comfortable bed. Mountain View was spectacular. We didn’t try the hotel’s restaurant but the little town nearby has good restaurants.

Kelly and David and the other staff we so welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, especially the new ice cream menu. Its a gem in a remote corner of Switzerland, with superb access to hiking trails.

The food was excellent, the staff were delightful. There was a great atmosphere in this place and the staff were so helpful and a lot of fun. They make the most amazing Irish Coffee we have ever had. We really loved this place.

Our host was just excellent, immediately available when we had a question, very knowledgeable about the area, with good tips for exploring, food shopping etc. We enjoyed the fabulous view, peace and quiet for a very relaxing holiday.

Great location, easy access to Champery and Morgins. Bus stop right near the hotel and train station 5 min walk. Clean room, OK for a couple of nights. Very good breakfast, simple but sufficient with some local and homemade products. Wi-Fi OK....

The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. It is so cute and reminds me of what I would expect a luxury log cabin to be like. However, the best part by far was the staff. They are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met!

Nice location in a park aside from mainstreet, room clean and spacy with good mattress, big balcony as well as friendly and accommodating staff who took time to give us some tips.

I like the hotel and the staff. The only problem is that they do not have aircon and no fans. It gets very hot. This time I knew it so took my own fan so could sleep.

Interesting building history. Lovely views of the lake and the forest from the different terraces. Neat clean modern rooms, toilets and showers. Sink in room. Outlets and lights easy to reach. open armoires with a spot for luggage are handy....
