Staff was amazing! You cannot tell the owner apart from the staff. He acts like staff and the staff acts like owners! Amazing customer focus! The view is by far the best in Engelberg. Try the Thai food restaurant! There are no children!

I don't think i have stayed in a cleaner hotel, the place is immaculate. Friendly and warm welcome, i really appreciate the nice wellness area. Location is also fantastic.
