The owners are a Thai woman and her Australian husband. They're both very friendly. They even lent me their bike and said we could go for a barbecue on the beach next time. It's right across the pier and at a walking distance from the market too.

It was a very restful stay. Great value. Able to rent a bicycle to get around. Short bike ride to Aquarium, parks & town centre. Owners on property & speak English. There's grab there, too.

Location was great, away from the busy tourist parts of town but still within good distance. You can rent a motorbike with them for 300THB for the whole day. Free bfast was simple and nice but went a long way. Great location with beach right...

Good deal for a solo trip and the breakfast time is excellent as it is until 1PM. Great location at Saikeaw. Near 7/11, walking distance from all cafes and foodshops. Clean sheets. Fast wifi. I was able to do my work.
