Perfect location for ferry, staff helpful, rooms and amenities all good, very pleasant stay

The rooms were updated and cute, a good amount of space for two people. Breakfast was amazing and Carol accommodated my dietary restrictions happily. Parking right in front.

Loved the owners who were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Small cabin once the fire got going it was warm and cosy , loved how quirky and cute the cabin was just a little different from hotels and away from busy places so peaceful .

Breakfast was included in the adjacent caffè. The bar was cozy and the food was tasty and good portions for the price.

The staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Although there was a problem with the booking they sorted it out for us very much to our advantage. If we go to Carnlough again we will definitely stay there.

The bed was amazing & comfy, the staff member that checked me in was lovely and greeted me with a massive smile & a warm welcome.

Staff accommodated us checking early after being up all night. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Food was great. Met our wants and needs.

Best family room we have ever experienced. There was room for 4 people to not be sat on each others lap.

Our room was very comfortable and the furnishings were without blemish. The hotel itself is very welcoming and much more homely than a certain more famous one a few miles closer to Belfast. The staff were both friendly and efficient at all times.
