We got married in bakewell and had the honeymoon suite, the tables in the restaurant and the food qas fantastic.

Breakfast is served at adjacent cafe. Start times are later than we would prefer but the food and service make up for that.

Lovely little room - well thought out with plenty of plug sockets and a mirror within range of one (it is amazing how often you cannot plug a hairdryer in near a mirror!). Clean and comfortable bed and a good shower

It was a delightful personally run hotel, Paul was efficient, friendly ( but not annoyingly so!) it had charm and was excellent value. The breakfast was freshly cooked and was first-class!
