Good location, rooms were nice. Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly and accommodating.

The room was lovely and had all the comforts we needed.the tea and coffee etc and sweets and biscuits were a nice bonus as were the bathrobes in the bathroom

A really nice and quiet room which was close to the center of Moffat. Easy to get in and quiet.

Parking plentiful, rooms very spacious, great breakfast, exceptional staff.

The facilities were great, having a drying room was really helpful and the two lounges with piano pool table and player with the icing on the cake.

Breakfast wasn't included but the staff, the Theakstons Beer and the entertainment (quiz) were first class. Despite the sub zero temperatures outside the accommodation was warm as toast.

The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel like family. The property was clean and quiet. The full breakfast that was available ever was well prepared and tasty. Their onsite pub was warm and inviting....

Lovely looking building, very quirky inside. The lady looking after the desk was accommodating, friendly and very helpful, even though experiencing a busy night. The en-suite bathroom was lovely and very well equipped!

Very convenient as close to the motorway. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the (accessible) room was very spacious, with good amenities. The breakfast was good, I didn't try the evening menu.

We had a lovely over night stay the room was well thought out and inviting from opening the door the room smelled good bed was so comfy did not want to get out of it. Food was amazing evening meal and breakfast. Staff was so help full on the ball...

The hotel was fabulous and although the room was a bit small the standard of the food more than made up for that disappointment. We both had steaks which were amazing and breakfast was great too. Couldn't fault it!.

We always enjoy everything about our stays at Woodland House Hotel. Our room was perfect for us, breakfast excellent and service with a smile, a chat, and however much time you want to spend there eating. No pressure in vacating the table
