The close proximity to the train station, free laundry services as well the responsive staff. I also liked that cleaning is not done every day. This helps to save water and soap and is good for the environment.

Perfect location, beautiful little room with amazing windows, very cozy bed, friendly staff, and awesome breakfast. It exceeded all of our expectations. Whenever we return to Brighton we will stay here.

The hotel was very central to all the planned location I wanted to visit,the room vas very spacious and bright. The staff were extremely helpful and the car park albeit small was a added bonus being in the centre of Brighton.

the location was really nice, except for a bit of pub noise i could definetly sleep well, owner was really nice, the cleaner was really sweet and it was easy to get through to central brighton from there

Convenient to the beach although a little far from the Brighton train station. Good public transportation near by. Plenty of shampoo, soap, conditioner, lotion. Clean. Teapot, tea, coffee, snacks in room.
